Pineapple rolls

Ingredients for the dough: Butter and icing sugar, sifted flour, milk powder and pinch of salt, egg yolks.

Cream the butter and sugar until light, then add in the egg yolks gradually.

Then add the flour in.

Cut and fold.

Use hands to get a nice, smooth dough.

Pineapple jam, which my Momma made.

Cut the dough into desired size.

Roll the dough over some pineapple jam.

Egg wash before putting it into the oven.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Ready to be distributed.
