Hello, this is Anne from Borders at The Gardens

When a customer asks whether a particular book is available, I'll hope I can find it on the rack.

If it is not, I'll ask the customer whether he/she wants me to call up the other outlets to find out whether the book is available there. I'll hope the reply will be No.

If the response is Yes, I'll call up another outlet. I'll hope that the book is available there.

If it isn't I'll have to ask the customer whether he/she wants to order the book online. I'll hope the answer will be No.

Just because I don't know how to help them with special orders.
